Diljit Dosanjh feels he is an accidental actor

Diljit Dosanjh, who is already a big name in Punjabi cinema, won over

. And for his next Hindi film, he will be seen alongside Anuskha Sharma who is acting as well as producing the film. Diljit, who has sung the lyrical ballad 'Ikk Kudi' in the hit film, says that while he will always be a singer first, he feels glad when he is taken seriously as an actor. 'I feel happy when people hire me only as an actor. Then I think they are serious about me (as an actor). They just don't want me to sing in their film,' said Diljit in a recent interview to a daily. He adds, 'When I am offered a film, I don't ask whether I will be singing any of the movie's tracks. For example, in my next I haven't sung anything so far, unless they come up with a promotional song.'
