Amid growing speculation, he has now revealed a welcome hamper from the Met Gala, featuring a black and white theme. The actor-turned-singer is all set to make his debut on the prestigious red carpet.

While he hasn’t confirmed anything directly, these clues are more than enough to suggest he could be among the celebrities walking the iconic red carpet this Monday (May. 5)



Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan and Kiara Advani have already landed in New York to prepare for fashion’s biggest night. Shah Rukh was seen arriving at the airport with minimal security, dressed in a casual outfit. He greeted his fans at the airport and carried his suitcase as he exited through the terminal. Priyanka Chopra is also expected to attend, making this year potentially the most high-profile Met Gala for Indian representation. There are also rumours about Alia Bhatt gracing the red carpet.

The Met Gala, famously held on the first Monday of May, doubles as a major fundraiser for the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York — the only department at the Met that must raise its own funding.
