Veteran actress and
Dilip Kumar's wife
Saira Banu had requested the PMO for a meeting with Prime Minister
Narendra Modi to discuss the issue following the release of the builder, Samir Bhojwani, from jail.
The builder had falsely claimed the ownership of two plots in Bandra's Pali Hill area on which Kumar's bungalow has been built.
On Sunday, Banu requested PM that no action has been taken against the alleged fraudster. In her tweet, she has also mentioned Chief Minister
Devendra Fadnavis to look into the matter.
The tweet read:
On Monday, Maha CM said that he will personally talk to the veteran actor and sort the issue.
And now in the latest tweet, Saira Banu said she is waiting for the appointment as she is tired of assurances from
Maharashtra CM. Calling PM their last hope she tweeted, "Request from Saira Banu Khan: To the Hon’ble @PMOIndia Shri @narendramodi Awaiting for appointment. I am tired of repeated assurances from CM @Dev_Fadnavis “I AM TRYING“ Sir you are the last hope of protecting DILIP SAHAB’s only house from Land Mafia Samir Bhojwani. I beg 🙏🙏🙏".
Talking to PTI, Saira Banu has said that she couldn't meet the PM who is on a day visit to Maharashtra, due to his busy schedule. But if required she would meet him in Delhi.
