The actor and Badminton legend teamed up for a new promotional campaign, their first on-screen venture together. The actor was seen being the perfect girl-dad, picking up a unicorn toy while Prakash also picked up a cute sheep ice cream. The two then head to the cinema, where Ranveer buys them movie tickets. Interestingly, the movie that two were going to see was titled 'Bhavandar: The Tornado'. Besides holding popcorn buckets with the film's poster on it, fans also noticed the large posted displayed on the screens behind Ranveer and Prakash. It didn't take them too long to wonder if the poster was a subtle response to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee’s criticism of Singh's box office blockbuster 'Dhurandhar' and 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge'. Many social media users interpreted the visuals as Singh and Padukone roasting Rathee's criticism of the film, dubbing them as 'propaganda'.
