‘Dhurandhar’ Part 2 release date: Ranveer Singh’s action sequel to arrive in March 2026, set to clash with Yash’s ‘Toxic’
Bollywood fans were in for a big surprise as ‘Dhurandhar’ released in cinemas across India on December 5. The film marks the first half of a two-part saga, and the makers have already locked the release date for the second instalment. Audiences who stayed back after the climax of ‘Dhurandhar’ were treated to a major reveal. The post-credit scene officially confirmed that the story will continue in ‘Dhurandhar 2’.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ features a powerful line-up including Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi.
Bedi said in an interview with ITV Blink, “I am eagerly waiting for this film. Last year, in January, when the film was starting, Aditya offered me this role in Dhurandhar. In this film, I am playing a very different role, and that will be revealed in the second part. In Dhurandhar Part 1, I will be seen a little less, but I will be seen more in the second part. The second instalment is around the corner, it is ready and will be released in a month or two. My character is very endearing and menacing. It is inspired by a real-life politician from Pakistan; my look also resembles him.”

‘Dhurandhar’ review
The first instalment of ‘Dhurandhar’ has already started receiving positive reactions. The Times of India gave the film 3.5/5 stars and the review stated, “Ranveer Singh returns to claim his number one spot in a layered, restrained avatar that plays to his strengths. His look — long locks, a grungy beard, and a piercing stare — may evoke comparisons to Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, but the performance and tone are entirely different. Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, and Danish Pandor deliver solid supporting turns that enrich the narrative. Sara Arjun is likeable in her part.”Get an chance to win ₹5000 Amazon Voucher by taking part in India's Biggest Habit Index! Take the survey here
