'. Talking about his role, he shared, "I play Kaptaan Singh, who is a small-time goon from Allahabad. He is quite a funny guy and his dream is to share screen space with none other than Bollywood superstar Salmaan Khan. I had a great time playing the part, as I got to explore my comic side for the first time.”

What added to Deepraj's excitement was the fact that the actor, just like his character, also hails from Allahabad. He said, "It was easy for me to equip myself with the Allahabadi accent since I am from there."

Deepraj is all praise for Tigmanshu Dhulia, the director of the film, and calls him one of the finest filmmakers in the industry. “I have done several films with Tigmanshu. He is one of the best directors and a close friend. I have always played serious characters, but this time, Tigshu offered me something different. I am glad that he thought that I fit the part perfectly,” the actor signed off.
