Debutant film director Amit Sharma impresses Tevar team

Films are a natural progression for ad filmmaker Amit Ravindernath Sharma, who makes his directorial debut with Boney Kapoor’s Tevar, starring Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha and Manoj Bajpayee.
Having won Dadasaheb Phalke awards and acclaim at festivals like Cannes and Spikes for his commercials, Amit has now lent his touch to this on-the-run love story, produced by Sanjay Kapoor, Sunil Lulla, Sunil Manchanda and Naresh Agarwal.
About working with him, Arjun says, “Amit looks to move his audiences emotionally, even in an entertaining format of filmmaking. It was a challenge working with him as he is a perfectionist.”

Tevar, produced by Eros International and Sanjay Kapoor Entertainment, releases January 9.
