Darshan Kumaar, the talented actor who played a pivotal role in the groundbreaking film 'The Kashmir Files,' recently reflected on his experience doing the Vivek Agnihotri film.

He described it as the ‘most challenging film’ of his career, during his interview with Zoom. The movie, directed by Vivek Agnihotri, not only received mixed reviews but also stirred controversy for its portrayal of sensitive events.



When asked about carrying the on-screen character home, Darshan acknowledged the intensity of the process. He said that as an actor, studying all the nuances of the character well is essential, and it takes a lot of time and effort to get into it. The actor revealed that the challenging role required him to delve deep into meditation to separate himself from the character of Krishna Pandit.

Darshan Kumaar also praised 'The Kashmir Files' as a prime example of the evolution of Hindi cinema, emphasizing its emotional impact on the audience. Despite the controversies, the film has left a lasting impression and sparked essential conversations about historical events.
