Daisy Shah says she stands by Tanushree Dutta "as a woman"

Tanushree Dutta who allegedly suffered harassment by Nana Patekar on the sets of 'Horn Ok Pleassss' has blown the lid open on this wide open again, almost a decade after she first spoke about the incident. Bollywood stars like Farhan Akhtar, Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, a journalist and even an AD who witnessed the events of the day stepped up to confirm details of Tanushree’s story.

Now, even actor Daisy Shah, who was an assistant choreographer on the sets of the film, has come forward to lend her support to Tanushree Dutta.Although the actress admitted that she didn’t know exactly what had happened on the day, Shah went on record to narrate the events that spanned over three days. She reportedly stated that her job then was to teach the actress steps of the dance and help her execute the same. The rehearsals reportedly went on for 3-4 days before the shoot could begin. Daisy alleged that the shoot went smoothly for two days and it was on the third day that “something happened” and Dutta confided in her about how things had played out.
Daisy also said that although she is unaware of who is right in this circumstance, she said that “as a woman,” she stands by Tanushree. She further reasoned that no one would talk about sexual harassment for publicity. She also went on to state that a lot of other women can now look at Tanushree and get the courage to speak up against predators within the industry.
