Court gives respite to Madhur Bhandarkar
There is now some relief for Madhur Bhandarkar. The High Court has given respite to ace filmmaker in the ongoing Pretti Jaiin case.
Our source informs us: "The honourable High Court, after hearing the senior counsel appearing for applicant Madhur Bhandarkar and Respondent in person i.e. Org complainant Pretti Jaiin, directed metropolitan Magistrate Railway Mobile Court, Andheri, Mumbai, not to proceed further in the matter by committing the case to session court, and further adjourned the matter till January 16."
