During a chat with India Today, Chitrangada Singh spoke about her co-star and remembered a conversation where he praised her work. She said, "I remember how coincidentally, I was shooting at a studio in Mumbai, right next to where Mr. Khan was working. We happened to cross paths and ended up chatting about our respective projects. During that brief but meaningful conversation, he encouraged me to explore more commercial and challenging roles, and he genuinely appreciated the kind of work I was doing and my approach to acting."

Chitrangada shared that her conversation with Khan had a lasting impact on her. It gave her the confidence to say yes to Battle of Galwan, a role she might have been unsure about in the past. She reflected on how a single moment of encouragement can sometimes change the way one looks at opportunities.

On July 4, Salman shared a short video on his Instagram, unveiling the first look of his upcoming film 'Battle of Galwan'. The team has not started shooting for the film yet, but preparations are currently underway.

The film in question is LAC: Battle of Galwan, written and directed by Nitin Kumar Gupta. It stars Rahul Roy and offers a fictional take on the 2020 clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Ladakh. The movie was originally set to release on June 15, 2023, to mark the anniversary of the Galwan Valley conflict, “I wanted the martyrs’ families to see the film in theatres," said the director in a statement to Mid-Day.
