'Cheeni Kum' couple to make us wait

Fans of the ���Cheeni Kum��� couple, Amitabh Bachchan and Tabu will have to wait longer to see them together again. The ���Legend of Kunal��� has been pushed to later this year
The Amitabh Bachchan-Tabu pair created quite a stir in Cheeni Kum. After much speculation of a sequel, the actors finally came together for Chandraprakash Dwivedis The Legend of Kunal, produced by AB Corp along with Reliances Big Entertainment.However, fans looking forward to the pair together on screen once again, will have to wait for some more time as The Legend of Kunal will take time to hit the floors.
The shooting of the film has been postponed. Originally the film is scheduled to go on floors from June, but now it starts only in November, said our source.
However, Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi maintained , The shooting of The Legend of Kunal was always planned for November. So theres no question of any delay.
It may be recalled that Chandraprakash Dwivedi had announced his plans to make The Legend of Kunal last year. A period film, it encapsulates the last years of Emperor Ashokas life and is based on Buddhist text the Avadanas that deal with the purification of the mind and soul. It also is about Emperor Ashokas relationship with his son Kunal. In the film Amitabh Bachchan plays Emperor Ashoka and Tabu his wife Tishyarakshitara.
