Choreographer-turned-filmmaker Farah Khan will soon start shooting for her next venture. Her last film 'Happy New Year' starred Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and Boman Irani, and had hit the screens in 2014. After a five-year break, she will be helming a film produced by Rohit Shetty. Apparently, the movie is a remake of 'Satte Pe Satta' (1982) and will star Hrithik Roshan in the role that Amitabh Bachchan played in the original. While the shoot is yet to begin, Farah had shared a throwback picture that featured the hero from her previous film – SRK – and her future leading man – Hrithik. Also seen in the snap is Shah Rukh’s wife, Gauri. Check out the picture here:


Along with the picture, Farah wrote, “New year s eve.. Only in Koh Samoi could @iamsrk@hrithikroshan @gaurikhan travel in a TukTuk.. #memories#2003#nighttoremember @putlu@udayc sorryyyyy ul we’re sitting on the opposite side (sic).”

As for the project with Hrithik, rumour has it that Anushka Sharma will be playing the leading lady. Farah made her Bollywood debut with

and then followed it up with 'Om Shanti Om', 'Tees Maar Khan' and 'Happy New Year'. Further announcements regarding her new project will be made once the last leg of the shoot of 'Sooryavanshi' is completed.
