David Dhawan wasn’t in the mood to celebrate Holi this year and when the actors of his film 'Chashme Baddoor' expressed their intention of celebrating the festival of colours with him, he refused to join in. Divyendu Sharma and TaapseePannu
, however, wouldn’t take no for an answer. Taapsee
rushed to David saying that Divyendu
had met with a car accident. Dhawan followed the actress to Sharma’s car.
When he opened the door, the two young actors doused him with colour
. Divyendu says, “Thankfully, Davidji
did not get angry. He took it very sportingly.” Taapsee
adds, “I don’t have words to describe the expression on Davidji’s
face. Also, I was chosen to pass on the ‘accident’ message because he least expected me to pull off a prank.” The film also features Ali Zafar
and Siddharth
. Chashme Baddoor, produced by Viacom18
Motion Pictures, releases April 5.
