Chand Nawab who inspired character in 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', beaten up by cops

Chand Nawab, the real man who was the inspiration behind the character of Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the blockbusterBajrangi Bhaijaan, was allegedly beaten up at by the cops in Pakistan. The journalist had shot to fame with his hilarious video which took social media by a storm.
The popular reporter had arrived at the Karachi railway station to shoot a cover story for the 92 News channel on the black-marketing of train tickets. However, when the railway officials and cops came to know about his presence, they thrashed him and his cameraman at the station, as reported by Pakistan’s ARY News.

But someone who captured this whole incident shared the video on Twitter which went viral in no time, inviting the wrath of the twitterati on the ill-treatment of the reporter.
As reported by 92 News channel of Pakistan, the matter has been reported to Pakistan Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique while Sindh minister Nisar Khuhro has ordered a probe into the same.
