After Chitrashi Rawat got hitched last week, her ‘Chak De India!’ co-star Tanya Abrol has now tied the knot with the man of her dreams. The actress got hitched to boyfriend Aashish Verma on Thursday, February 9. Tanya had a traditional wedding in Punjab and all the ‘Chak De India!’ girls reunited for this wedding too. Vidya Malavade, Shilpa Shukla, Seema Azmi, Chitrashi Rawat and several others attended the festivity.
Tanya Abrol essayed the role of Balbir Kaur in ‘Chak De India!’, which starred Shah Rukh Khan in the role of a hockey coach. TV actors Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla also attended the wedding. For her wedding, Tanya decked up in a stunning maroon lehenga and paired it with a green blouse. She opted for a statement neckpiece, traditional choooda and kalire.
Previously, Chitrashi had also taken everyone by surprise when she announced her wedding to Dhruvaditya Bhagwanani. Speaking about the same, she had shared, “We wanted to keep our relationship private. He is also an actor. It’s a loving and chilled-out relationship and I feel that is possible only when it’s private. We met on a movie set and connected instantly. We didn’t even realise when we fell in love… it was quite organic. Come to think of it, we haven’t proposed to each other officially.”
