BTS video from DDLJ goes viral: Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol play around, Aditya Chopra makes rare appearance
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge remains one of the most loved movies in Bollywood. Over the years it has received cult status. Now, a behind-the-scenes video showing Kajol goofing around with director Aditya Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan charming the crew has gone viral on social media.
Watch the video here:
Shah Rukh and Kajol shot a part of the film in Switzerland. The viral video shows the actress wrapped in a shawl, sharing a playful moment with director Aditya Chopra.
The clip also gives fans a glimpse of their off-camera camaraderie. Meanwhile, SRK, dressed in a jacket, is seen joking with the crew and performing his signature arm-stretching step inside a train compartment.
It also shows elaborate camera setups inside a moving train. Meanwhile, Chopra appears in several shots, including one at the back of a convertible, interacting with the cast.
The Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol-starrer Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge will celebrate its 30th anniversary this year. Even today, the romantic drama remains beloved by audiences around the world.
Kajol, in an interview with Pinkvilla, earlier this year, spoke about the film's possible sequel. She said, "Each film has a certain amount of magic that it produces. I can't imagine DDLJ 2. Like train ke baad kya hua? Kisi ko pata bhi nahin karna hai. (No one wants to know what happens after the train leaves the station). Do you really want to know whether they fought over diapers or not? You don't want to know."
Elaborating further, the actress added, It's wonderful that it's left at the end. Train chali gayi (train left) THE END, brilliant. Now you can just leave it to imagination. They lived happily ever after.'
The film also featured Amrish Puri, Farida Jalal, Satish Shah, Himani Shivpuri, Anupam Kher, Parmeet Sethi, and Mandira Bedi.
