She may have been in the news for previously dating cricketer Virat Kohli, but Brazilian model/actress Izabelle Leite is a true blue soccer fan.

“I’m a Brazilian. I love football,” she confessed in the past. Now that her homeland is hosting the biggest football extravaganza, we couldn’t help but ask her about it. “There are protests being held in Brazil for the amount of money spent on the World Cup, given the problems the country is facing.But at the end of it all, everyone back home is crazy about this sport. They watch the matches, even when Brazil is not playing. So are my friends and family. I hope to be home by the end of this month to catch the action live. I am super excited," she reveals.

Brazil’s latest football sensations Neymar and Hulk, and Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo are Iza’s favourites; she cherishes her meeting with Neymar. Like any football fanatic, she has her way of flaunting her obsession. How? By wearing Brazilian jerseys and painting her nails in the colour of the Brazilian flag, while watching her team play. “My dad is the one who gets more affected with whatever happens in the matches. My mom, on the other hand, screams while the matches are going on too!” she adds.
