Boney Kapoor to remake Telugu hit, ‘F2 - Fun and Frustration’, in Hindi

A lot of South movies are getting remade in Bollywood these days. The latest in the pipeline is the Telugu hit, ‘F2 - Fun and Frustration’. According to a daily, Boney Kapoor has joined hands with Dil Raju, a leading producer from South India, to remake the movie. The Hindi version, it seems, will be directed by Anees Bazmee.

The film, a comedy, revolves around two men — one who is married and the other, who is on the verge of getting married. Boney confirmed the news to a daily and said that ‘F2’ is a fun film and a family entertainer. He is sure that the subject will resonate with the Hindi audience as well. According to Boney, it was Dil Raju who suggested that the film be made in Hindi. He called it as the “coming together of two passionate filmmakers.”
