Boney Kapoor has now issued a notice against the makers of the film and director Prasanth Mambully accepted the fact that they have received a notice. He said that they received a notice last week from Boney Kapoor and they are all set to fight it out in the court. He even revealed that he told Boney that Sridevi is a common name and Priya will be essaying the character of Sridevi, who is also an actress.
Meanwhile, neither filmmaker Mambully nor actress Priya have refused to admit or refuse if their film 'Sridevi Bungalow' is based on the life of the late veteran Bollywood actress.
