Bombay HC seals Sanjay's house & office

Sanjay Dutt’s properties – his residence at Imperial House in Pali Hill and office at Mayfair Melody in Santacruz, Mumbai – have been placed under attachment following an order of the Bombay HC.
It’s the result of a 10-year-old dispute between producer Shakeel Noorani and Dutt in connection with the movie “Jaan Ki Baazi”. Noorani had signed up Dutt to play the lead role in 2001, but apparently, after taking `50 lakh, Dutt made him run around for dates.Advocate Satish Maneshinde, representing Dutt, said “We’ll challenge the order as soon as the High Court vacations get over.”
