​Bollywood's Rs 400 crore club​

With every passing film the stage is getting bigger for films in Bollywood, there was a time when crossing Rs 100 crore was considered a big deal but today it takes about a day or 2 to cross that number. But there have been few films which are able to take things to the next level, let's take a look at Rs 400 crore club in Bollywood.

Jawan is sitting at the top of the highest grossing films in Indian Cinema with a huge collection of Rs 643 crore. The film was Shah Rukh Khan's second release of the year.

Pathaan was SRK's comeback film after a gap of nearly 4 years, the audience just couldn't get enough of the superstar, taking the box office collection to Rs 543 crore.

Gadar 2 was Sunny Deol's first superhit after a gap of 22 years, it simply showed that people still have a connect with his character of Tara Singh.The film mae Rs 525 crore at the box office.

SS Rajamouli's Baabhubali 2- The Conclusion changed the way southern language films were perceived in the rest of India. Everyone was eager to know what was the director upto in the second installment of the franchise. The film made RS 510 crore.

Not many were interested in the first part of KGF but the film grew with word of mouth to such an extent that many bigwigs refused to release their film around the second part of the film. The film made Rs 434.70 crore.

Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal is the latest entrant to Rs 400 crore club, the film has achieved this feat in just 10 days of its release, fastest from any of its predecessors.
