we've seen many hollywood scripts been re-written for indian cinema, but as luck would have it, it's going both ways now. a new fad in the indian industry is to publish books on the making of films, a fad that's pretty old in the western world. the trend-setter in india quite credibly was anupama chopra with the making of sholay. soon on the stands will be a book on the making of asoka, by mushtaq sheikh, and niranjan iyengar's the making of kabhi khushi kabhi gham.
