Big B in Cannes this May?

Baz Luhrmann’s forthcoming film, 'The Great Gatsby', will open the 66th Festival de Cannes on May 15, according to the festival’s official blog. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan and our very own legend Amitabh Bachchan.
Big B’s bahu Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has dominated Indian presence at Cannes for a decade in the capacity of an actress, jury member and ambassador for a cosmetic brand.In 2008, the Bachchans had accompanied Ash to Cannes. However, this time around, the Big B is likely to make his presence felt on this global platform as an international actor.
