What started a while ago between
Bhushan Kumar's
T-Series
and Prernaa Arora's KriArj Entertainment regarding the release and production of many of their un-released movie projects seems to be heading to an amicable resolution. According to reports, the two companies have confirmed that there are parties who are currently working to settling their deed and will file the same before the various courts where proceedings are ongoing.
KriArj Entertainment which has been created by third party liens was one of the issues that were discussed and debated upon in the
Delhi High Court last month, when a suit was filed by T-Series against KriArj. The former raised an objection stating that the latter did not hold any sort of right to mortgage,
lien
or create any third party rights in any of the films as per the agreement between the two companies. Reportedly, it is now learnt that KriArj will now deal and repay all such third parties their claimants which the company had taken as funds for producing movies.
According to several reports, it is believed that this settlement will help Prernaa Arora get back on her feet again and come back to the industry in full force.
