Bhumi Pednekar and Kartik Aaryan begin shooting for Pati Patni Aur Woh in Lucknow

Pati Patni Aur Woh

featuring Ananya Pandey, Bhumi Pednekar and Kartik Aaryan has begun in Lucknow. While Bhumi has been shooting in the city since Tuesday, Kartik joined the cast and crew on Thursday evening. The film is the remake of the 1978 classic Pati, Patni aur Woh starring Sanjeev Kumar, Ranjeeta Kaur and Vidya Sinha. Kartik, after reaching Lucknow airport said, “The weather is amazing here. Hope the weather stays as wonderful. I have visited Lucknow a couple of times in the past. I’m hoping our shoot goes well here and it rains as and when required so we can enjoy our shoot here.”
We caught Bhumi shooting at a popular eatery near Hazratganj on Thursday, while she, along with Kartik, shot a song at the Post Master General’s office in Hazratganj on Friday morning.
Ananya, who reprises Ranjeeta’s role in the film, is yet to join in the shooting.
The trio will be in Lucknow till August end and will be shooting at different locations across the city including Cathedral, in and around Hazratganj and also at a mall in Gomti Nagar.
