doweshowbellyad=0; Sweeney Khare (TOI Photo)Here���s a kid who���s become a favourite with filmmakers. Cheeni Kum show-stealer Sweeney Khare aka Sexy, has already signed her second film, Desert Witch Kaalo, to be produced by Yash Patnaik���s Beyond Dreams Entertainment Limited.
When contacted, Yash Patnaik confirms the news and says, ���I have seen Cheeni Kum and I feel Sweeney is a volcano of talent.���
The film is loosely based on a Rajasthani folktale.The story revolves around a witch who was killed and buried by angry villagers of Kaligarh 600 years ago. Says Patnaik, ���It is believed that after the horrific incident, Kaalo���s ghost looms over Kaligarh village. Hence, the villagers desert the village fearing the return of Kaalo���s ghost.���
Desert Witch Kaalo targets a Diwali release. The film is directed by VFX director, Wilson Louis, and produced by Mamta and Yash Patnaik. Says Patnaik, ���In the film, the witch targets Sweeney and is thirsting for her blood.���
The star cast includes Aditya Shrivastav (of Black Friday, Satya fame) and debutantes like Madhurima Tului, Tripta Parashar and Abhijeet Satam, Shivaji Satam's son.
