‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ poster: Shahid Kapoor tells fans to wait for it

Shahid Kapoor’s next film ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ was earlier scheduled for a late August release. But due to production issues, the film’s shoot was stalled twice and hence the release date has also been pushed ahead. The film recently canned its last shot with the filming of a song called ‘Hard Hard’. A few glimpses of Shahid and his co-star Shraddha’s look from the film have been revealed, but a poster or a release date is yet to be unveiled.
As Shahid’s fans await the release of the film’s first look, some of them took to social media to trend the hashtag #WeWantBGMCPoster. The ‘Haider’ actor chose to acknowledge this, but did not reveal when the poster would be unveiled. He wrote, “Soon soon soon. Wait for it. ❤️❤️❤️ #WeWantBGMCPoster 😘”

'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' is helmed by 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' director Shree Narayan Singh and also stars Yami Gautam in a pivotal role.
