Tota Roy Choudhury has agreed to sign two megaserials directed by Soumik Chatterjee and Swapan Saha.
When CT got in touch with him, Tota said, “After five years, I’m acting on small screen. My fans keep complaining that they don’t see enough of me. I’ve realised that doing good serials is better than doing bad films.”
The story of Soumik Chatterjee’s mega, Lal Trikon revolves around Anikit (Tota) who gets involved with politics. It deals with his tranformation after gaining power. “
The plot is different from the usual kitchen politics we see today,” Tota says. The serial will also see RJ Arnabi in an important role. “I will start shooting for Swapan Saha’s mega in April,” Tota concludes.
