2020 Recap: Baby boom in the time of pandemic

While 2020 was tough on us physically, emotionally and financially, the year saw some good news in the form of coronababies if we may call them that given the timing. Coronavirus and consecutive lockdown led to baby boom. Here’s taking a look at the most talked about pregnancies, baby bumps and child birth.

The couple announced ‪on August 27‬, that they’re expecting a new member to join their family by January 2021.Anushka’s baby bump pictures and maternity fashion had been going viral since.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan confirmed ‪on August 12‬ that they are expecting their second child together. The star couple are parents to Internet’s favourite child — 4-year-old Taimur.

The couple welcomed their first child together on July 30, 2020, two months after officially announcing that they are expecting a child. The Indian cricketer proposed to Nataša Stanković in January 2020 and according to reports, they tied the knot in a small ceremony at home ‪on May 31.‬

“Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world,” the supermodel captioned her and the former One Direction member’s daughter’s Instagram debut ‪on September 23.‬

The couple welcomed their first child together, a son named Rhodes, on December 27.

It was revealed ‪on September 27‬ that the couple had welcomed their first child, a son called River, named after the Oscar winner’s late brother, River Phoenix.
