Ayushmann wears a nose ring for film shoot in Varanasi

' in Varanasi, canned several scenes at the Manduadih Railway station. Ayushmann, who mainly shot on platform number 1 and 8, had few scenes with his co-star Maanvi Gagroo who’s been seen in films like 'No One Killed Jessica'. Both were spotted coming out of the railway station and hiring an auto as part of the scene.
The shooting also happened inside the coach of a train where the local artistes acted as passengers. While Ayushmann was dressed in a white chikan kurta, Maanvi was dressed like a bride in a red lehenga-choli. However, what caught everyone’s attention at the shoot was a nose ring that Ayushmann wore.
Ayushmann was all praises for the facilities at the railway station which he termed as ‘world class’ in a video shared by Ministry Of Railways on their official twitter handle. The actor stated in the video, ‘Indian Railways is our lifeline and we should try to keep our trains and platforms clean. We should stop using single-use of plastic and contribute to the Swachh Rail Swachh Bharat mission’.

Meanwhile, the story of the film, which also features Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao as husband and wife, is set in Prayagraj. A few portions of the story are also set in Delhi. The entire film is being shot in Varanasi, including the portions that depict the National Capital.A source close to the project informed us, "The makers are canning it on real locations. Even though parts of the film are set in Prayagraj and Delhi, the team decided to shoot these portions in Varanasi because they wanted the schedule to move rapidly. So, it made sense to recreate parts of these cities in the holy town itself."
