Ayushmann Khuranna loves being in front of the camera, but what he loves as much, or even more, is being in a recording studio and lending his voice to a range of tunes. Talking about his passion for music, the Action Hero actor, who has rendered several singles and songs for some of his own movies, says, “You will be surprised that I listen to more music than I watch films. I can live without watching films, but I can’t live without music.”
The actor, whose songs like Saadi Galli Aaja, Mitti Di Khushboo, Naina Da Kasoor and Nazm Nazm to name a few, became extremely popular, further adds, “I feel closer to music than films. I am shooting like three films in a year, so at times, I don’t feel like watching films. I like exploring different kinds of music, it’s my escape from filming movies and work. While shooting every film, I have a certain playlist that I listen to at that time. Just like my films, I choose different songs as well. I am more into indie music than commercial songs – that’s my musical zone.
