Actor-producer Atul Agnihotri is busy hunting for an apartment these days. And Juhu Scheme tops his list of priorities.
The producer of last year’s big hit, Bodyguard, prefers places with ample greenery and feels Juhu is one the few areas that boasts of hariyaali. An informer tells us that the actor-producer even checked out a beautiful apartment with its own garden in Juhu.He elaborated, “Atul was really impressed with this particular three-bedroom-house. And if that wasn’t enouugh, he was bowled over by the garden area. Complete with greenery, he felt it was just the right house, considering the shrinking green space in Mumbai, and thought this apartment was certainly worth investing in.” However, Atul is yet to take a call on it. “He is keen to take up this place, but is keeping his options open until he checks a few other apartments too,” summed up our informer.
