In a talk with Pinkvilla, Atlee shared his thoughts on the film, particularly highlighting Rajpal Yadav’s pre-interval monologue as a standout moment.

Atlee’s latest venture, Baby John, stars Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, Sanya Malhotra, Jacky Shroff, and Wamiqa Gabbi.

Atlee emphasised that the film’s highlight will undoubtedly be Rajpal Yadav’s monologue in the pre-interval sequence.

Atlee said that 'Baby John' conveys a very solid statement just like a monologue scene of SRK in 'Jawan'. The 'Theri' director said that in the pre-interval sequence of Baby John, Rajpal is going to speak for three minutes and he promises that it will impress the audiences. Atlee said that this sequence will be the blockbuster moment of 'Baby John'.

Varun echoed Atlee’s sentiments, appreciating the emotional depth Rajpal brings to the film. “That is the truth of the society, what he is going to say in the film. I am just so grateful to be part of this team,” Varun said. Additionally, Varun praised the dedication and passion of the film’s crew, particularly director Kalees, who has been actively involved throughout the production.

The anticipation for 'Baby John' is rising, with audiences eagerly awaiting its release on December 25, 2024. Although the trailer has not impressed the fans of Vijay's 'Theri', the expectations are high among the Hindi audiences.

Meanwhile, Varun's previous outing was 'Bhediya'. Etimes review for the movie reads, "The film reminds us of our animal instincts and how there could be a Bhediya in all of us."
