Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul, who recently announced they are expecting their first child, were spotted spending quality time with friends. A heartwarming picture of the couple surfaced online, showing Rahul lovingly holding his pregnant wife by her waist. Athiya later shared more glimpses from the gathering, radiating joy as she flaunted her baby bump.

Dressed in a black long-sleeved t-shirt and a flowing white skirt, Athiya glowed with happiness. She was also seen cradling her baby bump while posing for photographs. Her father, actor Suniel Shetty, couldn’t contain his excitement, commenting with a heart and an evil eye emoji. Celebrities like Sobhita Dhulipala, Sagarika Ghatge, Shibani Dandekar, Amy Jackson, Ayesha Shroff, Ileana D'Cruz, Bhumi Pednekar, Huma Qureshi, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Sonakshi Sinha also showered their love on the mom-to-be.



Last month, Athiya was seen hanging out with fellow actress Anushka Sharma after a cricket match, marking the first public appearance of her baby bump. The two actresses, who frequently support their cricketer husbands KL Rahul and Virat Kohli, were spotted in Australia cheering for them. A video from their outing showed Anushka in a casual white shirt and light blue jeans, while Athiya exuded effortless style in a striped t-shirt and denim skirt. The duo was seen chatting and sharing light moments with their team.




Athiya and KL Rahul announced their pregnancy in November through an Instagram post featuring tiny baby feet and an evil eye charm. Their note read, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon. 2025.”



The couple tied the knot in 2023 at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala in an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends. Recently, on January 23, Athiya celebrated their second wedding anniversary by sharing unseen adorable pictures from their big day. One of the photos showed her hugging Rahul while dressed in a white bridal lehenga, while another captured them performing wedding rituals. She captioned the post, “Happy 2 to my forever,” with a bullseye, infinity, and heart emoji. Rahul also marked the occasion with a heartfelt message, writing, “To a lifetime of happy anniversaries,” alongside a cozy picture of them, with Athiya resting on his shoulder.
