Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul buy apartment worth a whopping Rs 20 crore at Pali Hill, Bandra - Report

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are undoubtedly one of the most loved couples we have in Bollywood. Their pictures and videos on social media often become go viral on the internet.

The couple has now reportedly purchased an apartment worth a whopping Rs 20 crore in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai. Hindustan Times reported that as per property registration documents reviewed by IndexTap.com, Indian cricketer KL Rahul and Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty have acquired a lavish apartment valued at Rs 20 crore in Pali Hill, Bandra, Mumbai. The 3,350 sq ft residence is situated on the second floor of the Sandhu Palace building, which has a total of 18 floors. Additionally, the apartment includes parking space for up to four cars.



According to the documents, KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the property. The transaction was officially registered on July 15. The building, Sandhu Palace, has obtained a partial occupation certificate from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).




Many prominent stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri own homes in Bandra.



Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul sought divine blessings at Mangaluru's Kuttaru Koragajjana temple, accompanied by Athiya's brother and actor Ahan Shetty.
