Astrologer Raman Handa turns item boy

Raman Handa, who was seen as one of the grooms in reality show Rakhi Ka Swayamvar and India Ka Fashion Star by zoOm will make his film debut. The film, a comedy called Jugnu Ki Jaan, sees Raman playing brother to Mansi Dhoval.
He reveals, “Jugnu… focuses on a brother-sister relationship. My sister’s boyfriend gets kidnapped and I take it upon myself to salvage the situation.”
Raman will also perform an item number, Chatori Chammo. “We begin our shoot with the item song and I’m excited. Mansi and director Tony Deol were convinced that I would be able to carry it well. You can say, I’m the latest item boy,” he laughs. Raman is okay with bold scenes and body exposure. “When you have it, flaunt it,” he winks.
Besides being an actor, Raman also pursues astrology and is a vaastu consultant who has an enviable clientele from Bollywood and the corporate world. He concludes saying, “As an astrologer, I don’t predict the future but offer guidance. I live in the present and am not worried about the future and don’t preach anything contrary to my belief.”
