Ashu does a thriller
Ashu’s now immersed in a period thriller!
After announcing his romantic comedy What���s Your Rashee?, Ashutosh Gowariker is all set to begin a period thriller titled Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey.
The filmmaker has bought the rights of Manini Chatterji���s book Do And Die, based on the Chittagong Uprising of 1930, on which his new film is said to be based.
Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey is slated to go on the floors in May 2009 after he wraps up What���s Your Rashee? Ashutosh, whose Jodhaa-Akbar was also a period film, is once again immersed in research for his period thriller.
He has yet to finalise the cast of this film.
