Ashish Dixit, who is known for his roles in TV shows such as Aap Ke Aa Jaane Se and Dil Dhoondta Hai, is all set to feature in a Hindi film titled Dhoop Chhaon. He plays a pivotal role and the film is being helmed by
Hemant Sharan, who has earlier worked as an associate director in Byomkesh Bakshi. In fact, he has undergone an amazing transformation for his onscreen character.
Speaking to us, Ashish says, "When I was offered the role, I was really thrilled to know about my character. It is meaty and very strong. We did quite a few auditions, wherein I got an opportunity to understand my part well. I must share that I had to shed five kilos for my character. It was a lovely experience. I am trying to be a method actor. I hope that the film releases soon and audiences get to see my work."

Rahul Bagga, Abhishek Duhan etc. "I had something to learn from these experienced actors. I shared a great bonding with Rahul Bagga. Even Abhishek Duhan was a great co-star. I am just blessed to have worked with such a talented team. And I will soon shoot for a peppy number."

Shweta Kanoje
. The two had tied the knot in 2019 in Nagpur.
