NCB has summoned Prabhakar Sail, a witness in the drugs on cruise case, for questioning tomorrow

The Bombay high court would continue hearing on bail applications of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan and two other persons arrested by the NCB following alleged drug seizure from a cruise ship. Stay with TOI for the latest developments.

In the said submission Aryan has denied any and all connections with Sail and also affirmed that he did not consume or possess any drugs when he was detained by NCB officials at the cruise terminal in Mumbai.

Sameer Wankhede, the Narcotics Control Bureau's Mumbai zonal head who is leading the probe in the cruise drugs case in which actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is arrested, arrived in the national capital on Monday night. His visit to Delhi comes in the backdrop of the NCB ordering a vigilance inquiry into the allegations made by a witness in the cruise drugs case of an extortion bid of Rs 25 crore by some agency officials, including Wankhede, and others for letting off Aryan Khan.
