Arshad Warsi's short Delhi trip

Actor Arshad Warsi’s Delhi trips are mostly about shoots and promotions, but his recent visit to the capital was a different one.
The actor, who was here for a couple of days, met a few friends and ate at his favourite places. “My son was returning from Mussoorie and Maria and I had to come here. So, we thought we would come here a day before my son reached Delhi, pick him up the next day and meet a few friends,” said Arshad who was out for lunch at one of his favourite Italian re-staurants when he spoke to us.“Whenever I am here and if I have some time, I explore new joints and visit my favourite places with a friend. When I am here for shooting or promotions, it is not possible to go out. Once, I went to Karim’s and loved the food there,” he added.

Not many would know that Arshad is a good cook himself and enjoys learning new recipes. “I was in Sri Lanka where we had this activity with the chef, where we cooked a dish called Kiri Hodi. It is curry cooked in coconut milk and my favourite. It was quite fun,” he said.
