Durgamati
’ was released recently and fans have been showering appreciation on social media. The horror-thriller has all the elements of love, fear and defeating evil. Arshad, who's playing a pivotal role in the film, has opened up about what made him take this up.
Speaking about it, Arshad said, "The reason I took up this role was that it’s a really nice script. It is one of those scripts which is very Indian and will appeal to our audience and their sensibilities.”
Further speaking about the twists in the film, Arshad said the story is quite unpredictable. He added, “I loved the twists and turns in the story and how unpredictable it is. It has got all the elements that you need for a good film. I have a very strong feeling that people are going to love it."
The makers of the film recently revealed the character posters from the film and they've just levelled up the excitement for the release.
The thriller is helmed by Ashok G and is produced by
Akshay Kumar. ‘Durgamati’ will release on December 11 on a digital platform.

’. The film also stars
Kriti Sanon and
