Arjun and Arshad are much younger at heart: Jackky Bhagnani

Jackky Bhagnani on bonding with his co-stars Arjun Rampal and Arshad Warsi
Arjun and Arshad are much younger at heart: Jackky Bhagnani
Jackky Bhagnani, who will be seen with Arjun Rampal and Arshad Warsi in his forthcoming film Ajab Gazabb Love, shares a special camaraderie with the two senior actors, both on and off-screen.
When asked about this bonding, Jackky says, “Well, I won’t suddenly put my arms around Arjun or Arshad and say ‘wassup’? I respect them and they are my great pals. They are the real rockstars and much younger at heart.”
Arjun had played the lead in Jackky’s father Vashu Bhagnani’s film Deewanapan (2001), in which Jackky had assisted.

And, the two share a special bond since then. “I had seen Jackky when he was 140 kilos. He was shy and conscious and I would often tell him to lose weight. When I met him again after a year, I was surprised to see a completely changed man. He had shed about 50 kilos and was transformed into a confident young man. We are like friends, we joke and drink together,” shares Arjun.
“We drive people crazy with our pranks. Since our comic timing is so good off-screen it also reflects on the film. I should learn to party like Arjun,” adds Jackky. On Arshad, with whom Jackky had worked in F.A.L.T.U, he says, “I call him ‘Arshad Sir’ as I had called him ‘sir’ the first time we met. I am stuck with it but we are great buddies. I seek advice from him, talk to him if I am upset about something. He has promised to direct me some day.”
Ajab Gazabb Love, produced by Puja Films, releases on October 24.
