Renowned music composer Anu Malik and his wife Anju sold two premium apartments at Khushi Belmondo in Santacruz West, Mumbai, for a combined Rs 14.49 crore. The sale, officially registered in February 2025, was confirmed through property documents on the IGR Maharashtra website, as reviewed by Square Yards.
Santacruz West, one of Mumbai’s most popular suburbs, offers great connectivity with major roads, a railway station, and the international airport nearby. Its close proximity to the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), the city's financial hub, makes it a highly desirable real estate location.
The two apartments on the same floor at Khushi Belmondo cover a total of about 2,515 sq. ft. (233.64 sq. m.) and include two dedicated parking spaces. The sale involved paying a stamp duty of Rs 86.91 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Developed by Khushi World Developers, Khushi Belmondo is a ready-to-move-in luxury project known for its modern amenities and prime location. Square Yards’ data shows that between January and December 2024, a Rs 19 crore transaction was recorded, highlighting the strong demand for premium properties in the area.
Anu Malik is a celebrated music composer in India with a career spanning over four decades. He has composed music for major Bollywood hits like Baazigar, Main Hoon Na, Border, Mohra, and Judwaa. A National Film Award winner for Refugee (2001) and a multiple Filmfare Award winner, Malik has left an unmatched mark on Bollywood music.
