Another masala flick shot in Delhi

A major part of yesteryear superstar, the late Rajesh Khanna’s last film, Riyasat, was shot in Delhi and Noida. Vishwajeet Pradhan, who plays Khanna’s solicitor, Sandeep Marwah, in the film, told us, “This is a proper commercial Hindi film with all the action, drama and song-dance in place.
The plot revolves around Khanna saab, who plays a big businessman. We had shot his parts earlier and had to make do with whatever we had.”
The shooting of this film, which lasted 10-12 days in NCR, took place in a number of offices and malls in Delhi and Noida.
The film also stars Aryan Vaid, Aryeman Ramsey and Raza Murad and has been directed by Ashok Tyagi. We caught the Riyasat team in action when they were shooting in NCR recently.
