Aascar Ravichandran, the producer of the Tamil film 'Anniyan' is now planning to remake the film in Hindi.
Speaking about the project, Ravichandran said, "I am planning to remake the film in Hindi with a top Bollywood actor and
Jackie Chan, and will start next April''.

"I have known him for years and he had also come to the music release of my film,'' he further reveals.
But then what happens to the case filed against Shankar over the remake of 'Anniyan' with
Ranveer Singh? "I will wait for them to start the film. Besides, the copyright belongs to me and I am now making the film myself, so I will focus on it,'' clarifies Ravichandran.
To give you a quick recap, the filmmaker had protested and filed a case against Shankar with the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce claiming that the director did not have the rights to remake the film and that he owned the remake rights of the film.
