Anil Kapoor celebrates two years of ‘Mubarakan’ with Ileana D’cruz, Anees Bazmee and Murad Khetani

’ hit screens, makers have announced that there will be a sequel. And celebrating the two-year milestone was actor Anil Kapoor, who starred in the film along with nephew Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D’cruz and Athiya Shetty. The evergreen actor continues to enjoy a huge following, both on and of screen, and regularly posts updates about himself on social media. He recently uploaded a video of himself along with Ileana, director Anees Bazmee and Murad Khetani where he spoke about ‘Mubarakan’ and the possible sequel. Only Arjun and Athiya were missing in the short video. The four ran into each other coincidentally in Hyderabad and made the impromptu video. They even mentioned that they were missing Arjun and Athiya.
Bazmee said that they were aiming the sequel ‘Mubarakan’ for December 25 in in 2020 or 2021. As he shared the video on Instagram, Anil Kapoor wrote, ‘So happy to be celebrating #2YearsofMubarakan with these 3 troopers @Ileana_Official @BazmeeAnees @muradkhetani! Sending my love to the other members of our crazy family @arjunkapoor @athiyashetty! Thank you all for all your love!!’


Although missing in the video, Arjun and Athiya commented on it. Arjun wrote, ‘Missing the pagalpanti with Mr Kabir Singh!!!’ and Athiya wrote, ‘Awww, miss you guys and the madness!’
