Ananya Panday to be questioned if she consumed drugs or helped Aryan procure contraband

Ananya Panday has arrived at the Narcotics Control Bureau’s office with her father Chunky Pandey, for a second round of interrogation. ETimes has learnt that the line of questioning by the NCB will remain the same as yesterday, for Ananya Panday.

The actress will be asked if intended to buy drugs among other questions similar to which were already asked to her yesterday.NCB will also use the new information that they may have procured through her chats with Aryan to decide on new questions. Did she consume drugs and did she help Aryan procure any contraband, etc, will be the main focus of the NCB officials in their interaction with Ananya today.


Ananya Panday was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau for questioning on October 21 after her name cropped up in WhatsApp chats recovered from Aryan Khan’s mobile. She was questioned for around four hours on Thursday. The NCB had also seized her laptop and cell phone, but refused to confirm details about the seizure.


Meanwhile Aryan Khan continues to be in judicial custody. After his bail was rejected by a special NDPS court, Aryan’s lawyers appealed against the order and the same will be heard by the Bombay High Court on October 26. The star son’s judicial custody has been extended till October 30. He is currently lodged at the Arthur Road jail and on October 21, Shah Rukh Khan stepped out to meet his son. It was SRK’s first public appearance ever since Aryan was arrested.
