An evening for all religions!

In a bid to bring people of diverse religions together, a programme was organised that saw some famous people enjoying it.

Ravi Kissen (TOI Photo) Taking the adage ‘United we stand, divided we fall’ a step further on Sunday night was the Bhojpuri Rangaran entertainment program, whose aim was to bring unity among all religions.
So in essence, this colourful evening was a celebration of Diwali, Dussehra, Ramzan, even Christmas!
The evening was inaugurated by Priya Dutt, who expressed her joy at such events taking place in the city.

The occasion also saw the king of Bhojpuri films, actor Ravi Kissen, present in all his Bhojpuri glory.
Sporting a traditional turban and decked to the hilt, Ravi was quite the darling of the crowd’s eye. Bhojpuri actress Poonam Sagar made the excitement levels soar as she performed to two popular dance tracks: Satyam Shivam Sundaram and Mungda.
Quite a celebration, this!
