Amitabh Bachchan opens up about job struggles after completing his education

On the television show, Amitabh Bachchan talked about his early career, saying he felt lost and unsure about finding a job after finishing school. The episode also included contestant Abhishek Sandhu, who works as an Employment Officer with the Haryana Government.

A funny chat between the contestant and host Amitabh added to the entertainment, especially when they discussed his love life and marriage plans. During a conversation, the host asked the contestant about his education. He shared that he had completed a B-Tech in Engineering and was currently looking for a job. Jokingly, he said, "Sir, where do engineers even find jobs nowadays?" Amitabh Bachchan playfully replied, "If you knew there were no jobs, why did you study it in the first place?"

The veteran actor added that his situation was similar to what he experienced in his youth. He said, "Even I didn’t know what would happen. I did BSc, and after that, neither did I know anything, nor did anything happen. I went somewhere, but neither the BSc nor the TS. came in handy. To this day, I don't know a single thing I studied.”

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Nag Ashwin's sci-fi epic 'Kalki 2898 AD', where he played the character Ashwatthama. The actor received widespread acclaim for his performance. The film also features Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan in key roles.
